GROW Community Mental Health Movement in conjunction with the HSE are organising a Gatekeepers Community Education Programme in The Prince of Wales Hotel, Athlone.
The five week course starts on Tuesday 15th March at 7 30pm. All are welcome and is free of charge.
The topics to be covered are :- Understanding your mental health, Challenges and stresses facing vulnerable people, Life coping skills and strategies, Stress management and change, Suicide, Substance abuse and addiction, Bereavement and loss and Testimonies.
