Division Two League.
Shannonbridge lost out to Clara, at Shannonbridge last Wednesday, on a score line of 0-9 to 3-10. The home side started well with points from Kieran Flannery (two), Trevor Mahon, Niall Price and a converted “forty five” from Darragh Corbett to lead by five points to one, after twenty minutes. Clara gradually settled into the game and scored three points in succession to leave the score at the break 0-6 to 0-4. With the game evenly balanced, Clara struck for two goals in the eight and tenth minutes to establish a five point lead and ran out comfortable winners in the end.

Shannonbridge / Doon Lottery won at €8,400.
Congratulations to Harry Gunning, Shannonbridge, winner of the €8,400 jackpot in last week’s draw. The numbers were 9, 11, 16 and 21. There were five match threes. Next week’s jackpot is €2,000.
