YEAR OF FAITH CELEBRATIONS

Mass & Blessing of graves, Glebe, Mon 5^th Aug @ 7.30pm

Thurs 15^th Aug, Mass for Cluster Parishes in Clonmacnois @ 7.30pm

Sun 1^st Sept, Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock

Sun 15^th Sept, Pattern day in Clonmacnois starting @ 3pm

YEAR OF FAITH: To mark this 'Year of Faith' a special celebration of each of the Sacraments will be celebrated in a place of historical religious significance in one of the four Parishes of our Pastoral Area, @ 7.30 pm on Thursdays.

On next Thurs the celebration will centre on the Sacrament of Holy Orders, in Tisaran, Ferbane Parish.

The concluding pilgrimage-celebration will be in Clonmacnois on Thurs 15^th August, and the Sacramental theme will be the Blessed Eucharist.  

We would invite the children who received their First Communion to come along in their Communion attire.

This is also the feast of the Assumption of Our Lady, a Holy Day.
