THE TENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
4th/5th June, 2016
The Widow of Nain
In our society we find it hard to stop or pause for
Jesus. Often we stop only if there’s
nothing else to occupy us. If the widow
hadn’t stopped she’d have missed the restoration of her only son. Do we ever consider what we miss when we’re
too busy, too preoccupied, to stop for Jesus?
