LIGHT UP A LIFE—Christmas Lights Appeal at Christmas. Shannonbridge Action Group invite you to sponsor a light for Christmas (€5), to remember a loved one in that season. You can do so at all local businesses.

YOUTH CLUB  St. Ciaran’s youth club is recommencing on Friday 6^th October in Clonfanlough hall.   This is a community led youth club for 8years up to 6^th class.  Children from surrounding schools are all welcome.    Membership numbers are capped at 40 children for health and safety reasons.

Schedule of events will be distributed after registration night.   While some nights are held in the hall, there are occasions when the club meets elsewhere.    Club members organise their own travel arrangements.                                                                                                                                  Registration fee is €10 per child and €15 for a family of 2 (or more).  The club meet in the hall from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, and the weekly fee is €3.  All parents are expected to take their turn for a scheduled night in the hall, this is of great importance.   If insufficient numbers of parents / leaders are available the club wouldn’t be able to run.                                                                                 On registration night, parents are asked to stay on for a short while, as the club rules will be explained.                                                                                                                                     THANK YOU FROM OFFALY HOSPICE The Sum of €200 was raised at the recent Coffee Morning..
