 ONLINE SAFETY TIPS

(From Diocesan Safeguarding Committee) - 1. Learn how apps work. Smartphone Apps have features that may prove a challenge to the safety of young people. Some apps even allow the user to hide other apps.
2. Discuss with children the risks of sharing personal information, images or videos via social media and of accepting ‘friends’ requests from people they do not really know. Some people may not be who they say they are                                                                 3. All users of social media are advised to take measures to protect their identity using 2step verification. Free online safety tips are available by registering on www.waynedenner.com

SACRED HEART NOVENA 2018
MAY 31st– JUNE 8th
Lord Jesus, your Sacred Heart is always open in love to each of us, especially when we are suffering. To all who come to you seeking your help, you show your compassion and healing power. You care for us when we are lost, sympathise with us in loneliness and comfort us in mourning; you are closest to us when we are weakest. You reach out your hand to us when we stumble and have most need of your help. I ask you to listen to my prayer during this Novena, and grant what I ask. If what I ask is not for my own or others’ good, grant me always what is best, that I may build your kingdom of love in our world. Amen
