Presentation Night

Shannonbridge GAA club will hold a presentation night for the Division three Football league Winners who beat Rhode in the Final of the competition in October last.

The function takes place this Friday in the Old Fort Restaurant at 8.30. All are welcome, tickets are on sale for €20 and can be obtained from club officials .

You're a Star
Louise Killeen gave a another fine performance on Sunday night last in the Helix when she qualified for the next round of the You're a Star competition with her version of the David Bowie classic "Star Man".

The Shannonbridge song Writer was trilled to qualify to the next round
and thanked all the people of her home town and the midlands for their continued support in the Competition.

Next Sunday Louise will perform her own song "Starstruck". Shannonbridge GAA club hope that everybody will continue to support Louise in her bid to progress further in the Song contest .

Speedy recovery

Shannonbridge GAA club wish a speedy recovery to Dermot Turley who picked up a serious Shoulder injury while playing with the Bridge in a challenge
game against Loughrea last Sunday week.
