An e-mail from Padraig Turley this evening brings good news. Padraig wrote -
I note from the Connaught Rugby website that Connaught beat Leinster today by 12 to 10 in the final ( under 18).
They were behind 10 to 0 at half time.
Conor Higgins from Clerhane was one of the real stars for Connaught.
Think it should go on the Shannonbridge website, a first for Clerhane
Conor has also been capped for the Irish Under 18 team.
Bet he is the only Clerhane man to be capped for his country.
