Celebrity Bainisteoir.
A large crowd gathered at the field last Saturday for the announcement of our Celebrity Bainisteoir. Everybody was surprised and delighted that the bainisteoir is none other than RTE’S Nuala Carey, who got a big round of applause on her arrival. As she put the full panel through a gruelling session in front of the cameras, in the pouring rain, so much for weather forecasting, it was obvious that this project will be a success and great craic. A full attendance is expected for all training sessions. Filming took take place both at the field and in Clonmacnoise and in the village during the day.

There was no winner of last week’s jackpot, with the numbers drawn as follows – 7, 9, 10 and 23. There were seven match three winners. This week’s jackpot is € 12,200.
