Have you ever attended a concert or musical show and felt that the cast deserved a standing ovation. Well that's how I felt last night in the Town Hall Ballinasloe when West Side Story was ending. But like hundreds more in the audience I just sat on my bum and clapped. If you attend the show this week and have the same feeling then be brave enough to get to your feet and thank the group. Noticed an imbalance in the numbers of The Jets and The Sharks the two rival gangs involved on stage and found out afterwards that at the opening matinee on Sunday two of the cast got injured in the gang battle and ended up in hospital. Have an enjoyable night out.
