Offaly has a famous jockey from Rhode named Pat Smullen. Over the last few days it was good to see Michael F Watts from Belmont have his first winner at Punchestown.
Seems that Michael was only a few weeks in his apprenticeship when he was offered the ride and produced a top class performance. Congratulations Michael and next time let us all know about it beforehand.
