Paddy Kelly from America a neighbour of Paddy Kenny was reminiscing about the late Canon Horan from Moore and his involvement in producing plays. He had a preference for plays by John B.Keane and when he was younger set up some kind of record while working in Africa on the missions. The Irish Catholic newspaper had written the words of a play in the Irish language written by John B.Keane in one of their weekly editions and the then Father Horan had received a copy of the paper in Africa. He selected an African cast in his mission and produced the play in Irish . Buala Bos as they say or clap your hands for Father Horan.
